Connect to OpenClaw

Once an assistant exists, the person can start using it. The experience is simple: sign in once, and start chatting.

For the user

  1. Go to your assistant's address — https://<your-name>.<your-company-domain> (for example https://alice.opencrane.example.com).
  2. Sign in with your normal work account.
  3. Your assistant opens — chat, search, and canvas are ready to go.

No extra passwords, no tokens to copy. OpenCrane connects your browser to your assistant automatically and securely.

What's "OpenClaw"?

OpenClaw is the AI assistant software running inside each person's assistant. When someone "connects to OpenClaw," they're just opening their own assistant in the browser.

Why it's safe

  • You sign in once — no long-lived passwords floating around.
  • An administrator can instantly cut off any single assistant if a laptop is lost or someone leaves, without affecting anyone else.
  • The assistant talks to tools and skills behind the scenes; those credentials never touch the browser.

The full security design is in Identity & connection auth — but you don't need it to get started.

Make the assistant more useful

Right now it's a capable chat assistant. Give it real powers:
